Dual-Sided Sander "SWS5G"

Low cost, suitable for double-sided grinding in the pre-wrapping process! The two-stage "SWS5GW" is also available in the lineup.

The "SWS5G" is a dual-sided sander with a manual handle for raising and lowering the pressure roll. It comes with a fixed cleaning device and a sanding belt oscillation device. The right head is fixed (reference), while the left head is movable (manual), making it suitable for low-cost dual-sided grinding in the pre-wrapping process. Sanding processing on both sides at once! The material being processed can accommodate widths of 65 to 300 mm and a thickness of 120 mm.

We handle the dual-sided sander 'SWS12C' with a sanding speed of 3 to 20 m/sec. It accommodates workpieces with a width of 65 to 300 mm and a thickness of 120 mm. The minimum processing length is 800 mm. Both sides can be sanded simultaneously.
